How to search and purchase images on this site

All images on this website are copyrighted.
Any copying, usage and/or distribution is strictly monitored and controlled by our licence agreement.

Searching

> We have endeavored to create an easy to search database.

There are two primary categories, Rights Managed and Royalty Free.

To narrow your search, enter more than one keyword with spaces into the advanced search box and click Match all keywords, the system will search for any images that have all keywords attached.

We have embedded many related keywords in each image, the scope and accuracy of your search is determined buy your selection and number of keywords. Keep it simple, avoid phrases and unnecessary words.

Images comes in a range of sizes, they are embedded with one of four maximum sizes.  

70cm @ 300 dpi
46cm @ 300 dpi
35cm @ 300 dpi
25cm @ 300 dpi

To search by image size type in one of the four maximum sizes you require along with your chosen keyword(s)  ie: nature 35cm, then click Match all keywords.

If you dont have time to browse, feel free to email us a brief and we will return a lightbox of images that may suit your needs.

The Lightbox

> The Lightbox is YOUR collection of images. You may add up to 30 images to your lightbox. If you wish to purchase an image that is in your lightbox, click on the thumbnail to view the enlarged image. Select the items that you want to purchase and click on the "add to cart" button. You can save several Lightboxes as well as email them to colleagues for comp use or consideration.

Shopping Cart

> The shopping cart displays your order details, if you wish to delete an image from your order before proceeding to checkout, simply hit the remove link on the right side.

Checking out

> You need to login to checkout your order. If you are new to the site please complete the registration form to create a username and password. This information is stored, so that you can return to the site to make future purchases and so that we can review your orders.

> We use Paypal for purchases made on this site.  When payment is required, you are directed to the Paypal payment screen where the transaction is processed. We do not process your card and consequently don't record your credit card information. Once the credit card transaction has been approved, the image/s will be available for immediate download in the My Account section.

> You can pay us by direct deposit into our bank account however, the fastest way to get your order is by paying with a credit card. Our bank account details are on our invoices. Please put your invoice number as the reference. Images will be available for download the next business day after the funds have been cleared. You can of course, always mail a cheque but this adds considerable time to the processing of your order (4 - 5 days).

My Account/Downloading Images

> This page shows your sales history and also allows you to download any images you have ordered.

Image File download terms

> Most images are available as digital files which you can download. All digital files, whether for web use or print use are subject to our Licence Agreement.

Delivery Policy

>Most of our files are available for immediate download once payment has been received. However, Super High files will be posted within 48 hours of payment being received. If urgent delivery is required, please phone us on 02 6295 0609 and we will work something out.

Product Return Policy

> If you licenced single Images or purchased CD(s) (opened or unopened) you may receive a full refund within three (3) days of your invoice date. After three (3) days, no cancellations will be accepted, no refunds will be made. By requesting a refund, you hereby represent and warrant that: (i) you have deleted or destroyed the Images stated on the invoice, (ii) that you have not, and will not use the Images on the invoice, and (iii) you will indemnify Chillistock Pty Ltd against any future claims arising from your use of the un-licenced material.
